Troubleshooting: Preview Report Error - 0: Error generating Win32 resource ...

Question : When I preview report, there is an application error prompt “0: Error generating Win32 resource…”

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

Antivirus program blocks the AutoCount report file.

Solution :

Disable the Antivirus program or add exception for files relating to AutoCount.

Note : Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem persists after performing the steps as above.
