Question: I have encountered an error when preview an invoice report. The error message is ‘Could not load assembly…’ What should I do?
Possible Reason:
This issue may be caused by missing or damaged files of Microsoft.Net Framework 4.
Solution:
Uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft.Net Framework 4 on your pc.
1. Click on the Start button and click on Control Panel.
2. Click on Programs and Features.
3. Right click to Uninstall the Microsoft.Net Framework 4 Client Profile & Extended from the program list.
4. Restart your computer and reinstall the Microsoft.Net Framework 4. You may get the Microsoft.Net Framework 4 web installer from the following link:

5. Login to AutoCount system, you will be able to preview the report.
