Question : When I restore a backup file created from another computer, error prompted: File is not a valid archive.. An I/O error occurred while creating the file?
Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0
Possible Reason :
The WinRAR version or AutoCount version used to create the backup file is newer compared to the AutoCount version used to restore. WinRAR version 5.50 has compatibility issue with Auto Count program and this issue is solved in version 1.9.6.21.
Solution :
Update AutoCount to version 1.9.6.21 or later that supports WinRAR 5.50 or later.
