Question : When I try to type some rich text in AutoCount Accounting, it shows weird wordings which is unreadable. How can I solve this?
Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0
Possible Reason :
The PC is running operating system of Windows 10, version 1803 and above, and the "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" feature is enabled.
Solution :
You will need to disable this new Beta feature introduced by Windows.
Go to Control Panel > Region > Switch to Administrative Tab > Click on “Change system locale…”, uncheck the checkbox “Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support”, click on OK , Apply and OK. Then restart your computer.
