Question : When I try to save Invoice, message prompted: “This document does not allow to save, because it contains accrual and payment basis tax code.” Why?

Version : 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

Because you have selected tax codes for both Sales Tax and Service Tax on a same document.

Solution :

Service Tax is based on Payment Basis which means SST processor will calculate service tax only when the payment is received, but Sales Tax is based on Accrual Basis.

The system will block such transactions when tax codes of different calculation basis appear on a same document.

You must split them into to 2 documents.
