Troubleshooting: This user does not have the permission to approve for the Unit Price Change

Question: I have access right to edit unit price of Invoice, but why am I still failed to approve for unit price change?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

The user is not granted access right ‘Can Change Unit Price by Popup window’.

Solution:

To grant this user the access rights, go to General Maintenance > Access Rights Maintenance > AutoCount Accounting > Invoicing > Sales > Invoice > Can Change Unit Price by Popup window (For Version 2.0), check the checkbox of the user you wish to add this control and click on Apply.

Now, you should be able to approve for unit price change.

Audit Trail will record this approval.
