Troubleshooting: Unable to save Cash Purchase – APPayment record not found (Dockey=XXX)

Question: When I try to save a Cash Purchase, error message prompted: “APPayment record not found (Dockey= XXXX). Why?

Version: 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

This is the known bug at AutoCount Accounting 2.0 rev 186 and AutoCount Accounting 1.9 rev 69.

Solution :

Please update version to AutoCount Accounting 2.0 rev 187 or later and AutoCount Accounting 1.9 rev 70 or later.
