Question: Failed to upgrade AutoCount, error message: "View Server State permission was denied..."
Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0
Possible Reason:
Probably you don't have permission to view server state
Solution:
1. Login to SQL Management Studio as SA user.
2. Key in the following script and execute .
USE [master]
GO
GRANT VIEW SERVER STATE TO sa
3. Login to AutoCount Accounting again and proceed to upgrade AutoCount.
