Troubleshooting：Consolidate Financial Report - Cannot set column “LiveDBDatabaseName”

Question: When I attach account book for Consolidate Financial Report, error message prompted: "Cannot set column "LiveDBDatabaseName,". The value violates the Maxlength limit of this column".

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

The length of database name exceeds maximum length of 20 characters.

Solution:

1. Login to Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio to edit the length of Database Name (it should be within 20 alphanumeric).

2. Backup and restore the database and make sure the length of database name is within 20 alphanumeric.
