In AutoCount Accounting, last year’s sales was RM 1,719. There is a gap of RM 170.

Under AOTG Dashboard, the amount shown is as per calendar year, it does not follow Manage Fiscal year date range.
Example:
Today = 18/09/2023
AOTG dashboard YTD = 01/01/2023 – 31/12/2023
AOTG dashboard last year = 01/01/2022 - 31/12/2022
AutoCount Accounting Fiscal Year for last year = 01/07/2022 – 30/06/2023
AOTG Sales:
Last year sales = RM1549, may refer Monthly Sales Analysis report
Date range = 01/01/2022 – 31/12/2022
Current year sales = RM 689
Date range = 01/1/2023 – 18/09/2023
Difference between this YTD and last year sales = 689 – 1549
= -860
You may inquiry Monthly Sales Analysis for 01/07/22 – 30/06/23 and you will get the same amount as AutoCount Accounting total sales, RM 1719.
