AOTG: Can I customize layout or lock column for Sale Invoices in AOTG?

Question: Does AOTG have column chooser setting or edit column lock like AutoCount? What should I do if I want to customize the layout in Sale Invoices and block for editing on certain field?

Answer :

Yes.

1) Go to Sale Invoices, select one Invoice, and click on ‘View’.

2) Click on More > Layout Privileges.

3) Select the Access Group to edit the layout privileges.

4) You may check the checkbox for the field that cannot edit or cannot view in the layout and click on Save.
