Accounting 2.0 - How to add AutoCount Server monitor to Kaspersky exception

Question: When I startup AutoCount Server, an error prompted fail to connect AutoCount LicenseDevice Service. Kaspersky detected AutoCount Server Service as malware.
There was an error of Access is Denied while reinstalling AutoCount Server.
What should I do? How can I add AutoCount Server monitor to Kaspersky exception?





Answer:

1) To set exclusion in Kaspersky, click on the setting icon at the left bottom corner.


2) Next, select the Threats and Exclusions, then scroll to the bottom and click on the Manage exclusions.


3) Click on Add.


4) Click on Browse…


5) Go to This PC > C: > Program File (x86) > AutoCount Server.


Or key in C:\Program Files (x86)\AutoCount\AutoCount Server in the column and checked the Include subfolders.


6) Checked the Protection components as All components and Status as Active. Then click on Add.


7) Click on OK.


8) Click on Save.


9) Click on Yes.


10)Then you should be able to install AutoCount Server Monitor, and its services should be able to start.
