Question: How to delete mail history record in Server Mailing List?

Answer:

1) Go to Tools > Mailing List. Click on Server Mailing List.

2) Filter date range for the record that you wish to delete, then click on Search.

3) Right click the records area and click on Delete All Mails.

4) Click on Yes to confirm that you want to delete.

5) Now you may Search again, there is no more record for this date range.
