Question : When try to activate license for Version 2.0, it prompted an error: Cannot create a file when that file already exists….. What should I do?

Possible Reason :

This is a computer permission issue.

Solution :

1) Go to C:\ProgramData, grant full control access right to Everyone for AutoCount Backup Server folder. Then try activate the license again. If it is still not working, you may have to delete some files in the AutoCount Backup Server folder.

2) Go to C:\ProgramData\AutoCount Backup Server, delete the highlight files. Then try to activate product ID again.

Note : Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem still persists after performing the suggested steps.
