Accounting 2.0 - License: Activate License - Same device can only maintain 1 temporary product ID

Question: I tried to activate license for AutoCount 2.0, it prompts an error “Same device can only maintain 1 temporary product ID. This device had been registered under temporary product ID (500XXXXX).” What should I do?

Possible Reason:

This device is already registered with a temporary product ID (temporary license). According to our licensing policy, each device can maintain only 1 temporary ID.

Solution (1):

Use another device to register this new temporary product ID.

Solution (2):

Contact your software provider and make payment to get the permanent license for either 1 of the Product ID. Then you can activate it on this device.
