Question: What does the Status represent in AutoCount License Control Panel?
Answer:
Healthy Level = Account percent ≤ 49% OR License Expired date ≥ 61 Days
Normal Level = Account percent ≥ 50% OR License Expired date < 61 Days
Low Level = Account percent ≥ 80% OR License Expired date < 31 Days
Critical Level = Account percent ≥ 90% OR License Expired date < 15 Days
Reload Level = Register account book exceed entitled account book OR License has expired
Stale = Device is not connected to Internet for more than 10 days continuously
Inactive = Product ID is deactivated (Unique Device ID is cleared) or Product ID is cancelled
Remark:
Account percent = Register Account Book / Total Account Book x 100
