Question: I tried to deactivate license for AutoCount 2.0, it prompts an error “Temporary product ID is not allowed to deactivate.” What should I do?


Possible Reason:

According to licensing policy, the same temporary product ID is not allowed to deactivate for more than 1 time.


Solution:

Contact your software provider and make payment to get the permanent license for this Product ID. Then you will be able to de-activate it from this device.
