Question: Why system prompt “Same account book can only maintain 1 temporary product ID. This account book had been registered under temporary product ID (XXXXXXXX)” when I try to register account book at License Setting?
Possible Reason :
You are trying to register this account book with a new Product ID (temporary license), and this account book was previously registered under another Product ID (also temporary license). According to our policy, each account book can be registered under 1 temporary ID only.
You are not allowed to register this account book with this new product ID (temporary license).
You must contact your software provider and make payment to get the permanent license for either 1 of the Product ID.
