Accounting 2.0 - License: Update USB (dongle) Key License error-Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream

Question: When I update the latest dongle license onto USB (dongle) key, error message prompted “Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream”.

Possible Reason (1):

You did not use the latest USB Key Utility.

Solution (1):

Please get the latest USB Key Utility tools and you should be able to update to latest license.

Possible Reason (2):

It is blocked by Antivirus or network to access our license website.

Solution (2):

Unblock from antivirus and network.
