Question: When I update the latest dongle license onto USB (dongle) key, error message prompted - The remote name could not be resolved: ‘autocountlicense.azurewebsites.net’.


Possible Reason:

You did not use the latest USB Key Utility.


Solution:

Please get the latest USB Key Utility tools and you should be able to update to the latest license.
