Accounting 2.0 - License: What should I do if the email address that registered for License was unable to login

Question: Email address registered for license is not valid anymore, I cannot receive verification code to clear the old email address. What should I do?


Answer :

Write a company formal letter and email to the license department (lcp@autocountsoft.com) request for change of ownership email address.

The request letter for change of ownership email address should include:
- Company Name that you registered for the license
- Company Address
- Product ID
- From old email
- To new email
- Signature of person in charge
- Company Stamp

After license department cleared the old email address, user can go to AutoCount Server > License Setting to input new email and verify.
