Accounting 2.0 - Login Issue: Login Error - Could not load file or assembly ‘AutoCount.Invoicing.Sales, Version=2.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null’ or one of its dependencies

Question: After updated to version 2.1 and login AutoCount, system prompted an error “Could not load file or assembly ‘AutoCount.Invoicing.Sales, Version=2.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null’ or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.” Why?

Possible Reason:

This is due the recurring billing plugin issue in AutoCount version 2.1.

Solution:

1) Search and open SQL Management Studio from Windows search.

2) Connect to SQL Server Management Studio.

3) Click on the database name that failed to login and Execute the below query:

Select * from Plugin
Select * from PluginFiles

4) Copy the GUID for AutoCount Recurring Billing and Execute the below query:

Delete PlugInFiles where GUID='152518F4-77D2-1E7A-17DD-6A255AF9A010'

Delete PlugIn where GUID='152518F4-77D2-1E7A-17DD-6A255AF9A010'

5) Now, you may login AutoCount and install the latest recurring billing plugin at Tools > Plug-In Manager.
