Question: When I try to login AutoCount system prompted error: “Value cannot be null. Parameter name:value…”. Why?

Possible Reason:

The versions of AutoCount Accounting (not updated) and AutoCount Server (Backup Server) does not match. For example, you have installed AutoCount Server 2.0.6.141, but AutoCount Accounting version is below 2.0.29.202 (it needs at least version 2.0.29.202 to match with AutoCount Server 2.0.6.141).

Solution:

Update AutoCount Accounting, in this case to 2.0.29.202 or later.

Remark: AutoCount Server after updated will not allow downgrade to lower version.
