Question: After installed AutoCount Accounting 2.0, message prompted ‘The network path was not found’ when I open AutoCount 2.0. I have tried reinstalling AutoCount but the error is still prompted.

Possible Reason:

Most probably the system unable to detect your Account Book Control File (DMF) from the path that you had specified during first time setup.

Solution:

Go to C:\ProgramData\AutoCount, delete the Accounting 2 folder and reinstall the AutoCount Accounting 2.0.

Now, you can continue to create / attach / restore / install sample account book.
