Accounting 2.0 - Others: Recurrence document did not create automatically

Question: User already ticked Automatic Create recurrence but still need to manually execute the recurrence?

Version: 2.0 / 2.1


Upon login AutoCount still prompt confirmation dialog to execute the recurrence documents.


User needs to manually save the recurrence documents.


Possible Reason:

There are errors causing the system unable to generate the recurrence document successfully.


Solution:

You need to find out the error log and solve it.

1) Go to the following path in File Explorer: C:\Users\User\Documents\My AutoCount\Recurrence Log


2) User shall see a log file for recurrence error with your account book name.


3) Double click on the log file to view the reason,


Here is another example of error log:


For overdue limit – you may increase the limit, else manually run the recurrence and approve credit/overdue limit.

For licence transaction limit – you may request for temporary/permanent license from your software provider in order to create more transactions.
