Accounting 2.0 - Others: UDF value was not copy when transfer document

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question: I’ve created a user defined field under Sales Order Detail and Invoice Detail with the same UDF name, but when transfer from Sales Order to Invoice, the value in UDF column did not copy to Invoice. Why?

Possible Reason :

The UDF you have created are not maintained as the same Type. Sales Order Detail using type Decimal but Invoice Detail using type Text.

Solution :

Login to AutoCount Management Studio, go to Tools > User Defined Field, change the Invoice Detail UDF to the Type from Text to Decimal.

Now the UDF value is copied when transfer to Invoice.
