Question: After upgraded to version 2.0.30.203 & AutoCount Backup Server 2.0.6.141, while using the AutoCount sometimes keep prompting “AutoCount Accounting Session has been expired and unable to re-register your session. … Note: Fail to connect AutoCount Server Service”. Why?

Possible Reason:

This is a known bug and already fixed in version 2.0.31.204.

Solution:

Please upgrade to version 2.0.31.204 or later and upgrade the AutoCount Server (Backup Server) version to 2.0.6.142 or later.
