Accounting 2.0 - Prompted Message: Change Account No Error-The Delete statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint “FK BonusPointRedemption Debtor”
Question: When I try to change account no, an error prompted: The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint “FK_BonusPointRedemption_Debtor”. The conflict occurred in database “AED_XXX”, table “dbo.BonusPointRedemption”, column ‘DebtorCode’. Why?
Possible Reason:
This is a known bug and is fixed in version 2.1.0.1.
This issue happens when the debtor is selected in Bonus Point Redemption.
Solution:
Update to version 2.1.0.1 or later, and you should be able to perform change account number.
