Accounting 2.0 - Prompted Message: Import Data Error – Fail to save Item: xxx. The value of column IngredientItemCode is table ItemIngredient does not exist in its master file

Question: I have exported all data from account book ABC Sdn Bhd. When try to import all data to account book AIMI Sdn Bhd. Some of the items failed to import with error “The value of column IngredientItemCode is table ItemIngredient does not exist in its master file”. Why?

Possible Reason :

There is an item contains ingredient item codes in FnB tab at Item Maintenance. System failed to import such item because the ingredient item codes are not imported into system yet.
Example:
Item Pizza, contains ingredient items such as Flour, Cheese, Beef Bacon and Tomato.
To successly import Item Pizza, the ingredient items Flour, Cheese, Beef Bacon, and Tomato must first exist in system.

Solution :

You need to import two times using the same data.
In the first import, main item Pizza will fail to import as some of the ingredient items are not imported yet.
When import for the second time, the item Pizza will success to import because all the ingredient items are imported in the first import process.
