Accounting 2.0 - Prompted Message: Import Member error - Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Question : When I click on Paste from Clipboard at Import Member, error message prompted 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object'. Why?

Possible Reason :

This is a known bug and is fixed in version 2.0.15.138.

Solution (1) :

Update to Version 2.0.15.138 or later, and you should be able to import member.

Solution (2) :

If you do not wish to update version, here is a temporary solution.

Go to Tools > Options > General > Application Settings, uncheck the option Use Search Lookup Edit and click on OK.

Then login again to AutoCount and you should be able to import member now.
