Accounting 2.0 - Prompted Message: Unable to Send by WhatsApp-Error encountered while launching https://web.whatsapp.com

Question: When I preview Invoice and click Send by WhatsApp, error message prompted “Error encountered while launching https://web.whatsapp.com/send?phone… (Error message: Application not found)”. What should I do?

Possible Reason:

Your default web browser is corrupted or not found in Windows.


Solution:

Change the default web browser.

1) Type Default apps on search bar. Once you see the Default apps option, click on it.


2) Click on the Web browser option, then select the program you wish to make default.


Note: Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem persists after performing the steps as above.
