Question: Why was I unable to select account number? It shows EditValue is null. I already updated revision for 2.0 but problem persists.
Possible Reason :
It might be the layout issue.
1) Right click on column header and select for ‘Reset Layout’.
2) Right click and select for Layout Manager and delete all the saved layout.
Now, you should be able to key in Account No.
Note: Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem persists after performing the suggested steps.
