Question: When I preview Invoice and click send by WhatsApp, error message prompted “Unable to upload WhatsApp accounting file”. Why?

Possible Reason:

You are using Windows 7 computer which does not support the TLS 1.2 protocol.

Solution:

1) Search and open Registry Editor from windows search.

2) Browse for Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols.

3) Right click on the Protocols folder, select New > Key from the drop-down menu.

4) Rename the folder with the name “TLS 1.2”.

5) Right click on the TLS 1.2, select New > Key from the drop-down menu.

6) Rename the folder with the name “Client”.

7) Right click on the Client, select New > DWORD (32-bit) Value from the drop-down menu.

8) Rename the file with the name “DisabledByDefault”.

9) Restart the computer.

10) Now, you should be able to send invoice through WhatsApp.
