Accounting 2.0 - Prompted Message: Unable to start AutocountServerService – Service AutocountServerService was not found on computer

Question : When I try to start AutoCount Server service, error message prompted: “Service AutocountServerService was not found on computer”. Why?

Possible Reason :

The AutocountServerService was not found.

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, the AutoCount Server is installed in PC.

Go to Windows Search and search for Services, go into Services and try to look for Autocount Server Services. The Autocount Server Services is not found.

Solution :

Try to reinstall AutoCount Server, if failed to uninstall, you may try to use uninstall tools to uninstall AutoCount Server. After uninstalled, try to restart server, and reinstall AutoCount Server.

Note : Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem still persists after performing the suggested steps
