Accounting 2.0 - What is the difference between search mode And, Or, and Exact?

Question: What is the difference between search mode And, Or and Exact in AutoCount 2.0 use search lookup edit function?

Search Mode: And

Under “And” search mode, system will search based on all the keywords that user had entered. Any space between keywords, system will treat it as different words and the result should contain all these keywords.

Example: And

System will fulfil the result based on all the keywords provided. Which are Beef And Powder.


Search Mode: Or

Under “Or” search mode, system will search based on any of the keywords that user had entered. Any space between keywords, system will treat it as different words and the result should contain any of these separated words.


Example: Or

System will fulfil EITHER one of the keywords provided. Which is Beef Or Powder.


Search Mode: Exact

Under “Exact” search mode, system will search based on the keywords that user had entered as one whole word regardless of space.


Example 1: Exact

System will fulfil EXACTLY keyword provided. Which is Powder.


Example 2: Exact

No result shown, as there is no exact word Beef Powder.


Example 3: Exact

As a result, Beef Curry will appear as this item contains exact word of Beef Curry.
