Accounting 2.1 - Prompted Message: Change Item Code error - The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint “FK PosOrderDtl ItemUOM”

Question: When I try to change item code, error prompted: The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint “FK_PosOrderDtl_ItemUOM”. The conflict occurred in database “AED_xxx”, table “dbo.PosOrderDtl”. What should I do?

Possible Reason:

This is a known bug and already fixed in version 2.1.8.24.

Solution:

1) Update to Version 2.1.8.24 or later.

2) Install compatible versions of POS 5 Backend and plugin app from Plug-In Manager.

3) Re-login AutoCount and now you should be able to change item code successfully.

Note : Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem still persists after performing the suggested steps.
