Accounting 2.1 - Prompted Message: Preview report and Send by Email error-String cannot be of zero length. Parameter name : oldvalue
Question: When I try to preview Debtor Statement or Overdue Letter report and perform send by email via SMTP Server or MS Outlook, error prompted “String cannot be of zero length. Parameter name: oldvalue”. Why?
Possible Reason:
This is a known bug in AutoCount version 2.1.8.24.
Solution:
Temporary downgrade AutoCount to version 2.1.8.23. Or waiting for next new version release.
