Accounting 2.1 - Sales: Multi-Dimensional Sales Analysis error-Divide by zero error encountered

Question: While I try to inquiry multi-dimensional sales analysis report, error prompted “Unknown Sql Exception (Number=8134, Message=Divide by zero error encountered.)”. Why?

Possible Reason:

This is a known bug in version 2.1.5.16 and is fixed in version 2.1.7.22. This issue happens when there was transaction but quantity in detail line was not keyed in.

Solution:

Update to version 2.17.22 or later, if you do not wish to update version, may downgrade to 2.1.5.14.
