Audit Trail

Audit Trail allows you to view the listing of past events, e.g. items/accounts/maintenance/documents/entries that were newly created (New), Edited, Cancelled, Deleted, Printed...

Define search criteria and filter options, then click on Search.

Keyword: you may key in keyword(s) and search.

Search Criteria: select search criteria to narrow down the scope of search.

Filter Options: make use of filter options to further narrow down the scope of output.

Filter Object Type: to define the filter by selecting relevant objects.

Preview: to preview output before printing.

Print: to select printer and print.

Open Same Document Audit Trail: to open another window showing a list of events related to the highlighted document.

Event Message: detail event massage of the highlighted event.
