AutoCount Sales Order Deposit TroubleShooting: Unable to view other location in Daily Collection Report

Question: I am using Sales Order Deposit Plugin, when I login as ADMIN I was able to see HQ location only? I cannot view other locations in this report.

Possible Reason :

User Id ADMIN is assigned to view only own location on Daily Collection Report.

Solution :

1) Go to General Maintenance > Access Rights Maintenance > PlugIns > Sales Order Deposit PlugIns > Daily Collection Report > View Only Own Location on Daily Collection Report, remove ADMIN user id from this access right by uncheck the respective checkbox and click on Apply.

2) Re-login AutoCount and now ADMIN able to view all locations in this report.
