Point of Sale > Maintenance > Auto Prompt Maintenance
This function allows user to create and maintain the sequence of automatic prompts for Price, Remark, UDF, UOM and Qty.
This maintenance triggers an auto prompt for user to enter any of the input on Price, Remark, UDF, UOM or Qty based on the priority arrangement by user.
To create a new Auto Prompt option:
1. Click New.
2. Key in the Auto-Prompt ID and other related information that is needed.
3. Click ‘OK’ to save.
To edit an Auto Prompt option:
1. Highlight the Auto Prompt ID which would like to be edited.
2. Click Edit.
3. Edit the data which would like to be changed.
4. Click ‘OK’ to save.
Auto Prompt ID: A unique ID to define this Auto Prompt option. Auto Prompt Type: To choose whether this Auto Prompt apply to all items or apply to selected item(s). Enable: Tick this checkbox if would like to apply this auto prompt option to front end. Item Code and UOM to apply Auto Prompt Option: This section allows user to select the item code that will be applied by this auto prompt option.
