Change Sales Agent
This menu allows you to change Sales Agent code of an existing sales agent, or to combine two existing sales agents (and their transactions).
To change Sales Agent code:
Click on '+' sign to select an existing Sales Agent code,
Key in New Sales Agent code,
Click on Change.
To Merge Sales Agent:
Check the checkbox of Perform Merge operation instead of Change operation.
Click on '+' sign to select an existing Sales Agent code (that you wish to remove),
Key into New Sales Agent code field an existing Sales Agent code (that you wish to merge to)
Click on Change.
