Question : How to preview report filtered by selected fields and shows only non-zero amount?
Example: Preview payroll summary report only for employees that have Zakat deduction
Answer :
1) Go to Reports > Payroll report. Then select Payroll Summary > click Design.
2) Select DetailReport (Detail Report) for Properties
3) Click on ... at Filter String option.
4) Remove all unwanted fields. Only remain the fields we want to show.
5) Remain the Zakat field. Then click Advanced Mode
6) Make sure the detail show as Zakat <> 0.0. Then only click OK
7) Save as a new report.
8) Preview report, it should only show the employee that has Zakat deduction.
