Cloud Payroll -How to show duplicate claim type in claim transaction listing report?

Question : How to show duplicate claim type in claim transaction listing report?

Answer :

1) Go to Reports > Claim Report > click design button for Claim Type Transaction Listing.

2) Please click on the behavior on the right side.

3) Below is the information that will be list out under behavior.

4) Click on the [ClaimType] column, then you will see the information will be added under behavior.

5) Please update Process Duplicates Mode to ‘Leave’.

6) Save and rename the report. Now each of the claim type will be display as below.
