Cloud Payroll - Allowance formula not captured correctly

Question : I have created an Allowance Formula using unpaid leave but after processed payroll, the value of Allowance is not captured correctly. Unpaid leave record gets from ESS leave application.

Possible Reason :

Unpaid leave formula was taken from Time Attendance section.

Solution :

Unpaid leave formula must be taken from Others section if you are using ESS leave application.

1) Go to Tools > General maintenance > Allowance > Edit Allowance.

2) Go to formula tab then choose Others, use the parameter of UNPAID LEAVE DAYS in your fomula.
