Cloud Payroll - Approver couldn’t see claim details; Permission Denied

Question : Approver couldn’t see claim details, the system prompts message: Permission Denied.

Possible Reason :

Approver does not have access rights to view details

Solution :

1) Login as Subscriber (Admin Accounts).

2) Go to Tools > User Setting > User Authorization. Click to highlight the approver email and click on Edit icon.

3) Go to Access Rights tab and expand the Human Resource – My Claim.

4) Check to allow Claim Approval History then click on Save button

5) Approver now can see claim details
