Cloud Payroll - Can an admin user help to confirm leave on behalf of Approver?

Question : Can an admin user help to confirm leave on behalf of Approver?

Answer :

Yes, Admin User/Subscriber can help to approve Leave Application on behalf of Approver at Leave Transaction page.

1. Go to Human Resource > Leave Transaction

2. Filter employee name, Leave type and year. Then you may find the pending-approval leave transaction with a ‘New’ status. Click on the check icon to approve the leave on behalf of approver.

3. The following screen will be prompted, key in a remark and click on Yes button to proceed approving the leave.

4. The following message will be prompted. Click on Continue button to close it.
