Cloud Payroll - How to change EPF rate for employee?

Question : How to create new EPF rate?

Example:

You want to update Employee-A1234’s EPF rate

Answer :

1) Go to Payroll > Employee > Employee Maintenance > Edit (as in Figure 1).

2) Go to Statutory Requirement > EPF > EPF Table. Update the new EPF table then click Save (as in Figure 2).

3) Now, employee A1234 will follow the new EPF rate in payroll process ( as in Figure 3).

Notes:

New assigned EPF table will only be reflected in next NEW payroll process. Example if you have run payroll process for March 2020, and you wish to update the rate on the same period, you may use the RESET button, or, delete and run again the payroll process.
