Cloud Payroll - How to reset Cloud Payroll password
Question : I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Answer :
1) Go to Cloud Payroll login page at https://payroll.autocountsoft.com. Click on Forgot your password?
2) Key in your email address then click on Submit.
3) Please check your email to reset your password.
4) Login to your email, you will receive the email from payroll@autocountsoft.com with the title AutoCount Cloud Payroll Password Reset. Click on Reset your password.
5) Key in your email, new password and confirm password, then click on Reset Password.
6) Reset password is successful, now you may login with new password.
