Question : How to set leave entitlement?

Answer :

1. Go to Tools > General Maintenance > Employee Group

2. Click on Add New to create a new group (or you may edit an existing Group)

3. Key in Title, Select AL-Annual Leave, Add Detail and Save.

For example: Employees who worked not more than 2 years will entitle for 12 days, worked more than 2 years and less than 5 years will entitle for 16 days, and worked more than 5 years will entitle for 20 days.

BF Days indicates number of days (maximum) allowed to carry forward to the following year.

4. Then go to Employee Maintenance > Employment Detail > Employment Info > Employee Group. Assign a leave group to employee and Save.
